The health and well-being of the members and employees of Clarke-Washington EMC are our top priority during the current outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), and we are closely monitoring the situation.
Clarke-Washington EMC is taking steps to be prepared in the event there is a significant impact from the coronavirus in our area. While the office is open during our normal business hours, we strongly encourage all members to use our digital platforms to manage your CWEMC account, such as our mobile app and website. If you need to speak with someone about service, your bill or an outage, call 800-323-9081. The drive thru will remain open. If it becomes necessary to restrict construction activities, we will suspend new construction and focus on emergencies and maintaining reliability of the system.
The number one way we can all help lower the risk of coronavirus, flu and other illnesses for ourselves and our families is to prevent the spread of germs. We ask all of you to help with this responsibility.
