Clarke-Washington Electric Membership Corporation strives to keep safety in the forefront. We want our members to know they can depend on us to get a job done promptly, safely, and correctly. Since 1980, Clarke-Washington EMC has received 11 consecutive safety accreditations from National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and continues to participate in NRECA's Rural Electric Safety Achievement Program (RESAP).
At the 2006 Alabama Rural Electric association's Annural Meeting, CWEMC was presented an award for an outstanding safety record in the year 2005.
