For safety and convenience, Clarke-Washington Electric Membership Corporation members will be allowed to register and vote on October 19 or 20 at the Chatom Community Center or Jackson Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please bring your Annual Meeting registration card that you will receive by mail. When members arrive at the meeting, follow directions to the registration area. Three registration lanes will be set up at the Chatom Community Center and under the truck bay at the Jackson office.
Everyone who attends should remain in their vehicle during the registration process. Each member will receive a registration card in the mail. Present the registration card to the Clarke-Washington EMC employee and vote on Trustees from Districts 1, 4, and 7. After you register and vote, follow the directions to exit.
Each registered member will be entered into the drawing to win bill credits and the grand prize, a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. All registered members will receive a $20 bill credit. The prize drawing winners will be notified and posted on the Facebook page and website.
